The Solution
Create an online project tracking system to help improve product and team productivity. Salesforce manufacturing analytics and systems will be used as the basis for configuring the system. We evaluated the existing assets based on feedback during the team workshop. Streamline the existing workflows, processes, and manual documentation needs.

The Solution
Our deliverable was to complete the Design Sprint workshop and deliver a set of wireframes and documentation that the internal teams could develop.

User Research
Our initial evaluation was the meet with stakeholders and discuss the project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Along with the team managers and supervisors, we devised a questionnaire for individual phone interviews. We held a Design Sprint workshop which encompassed teams across four continents, including in-person participation at the Catalent offices.

Created real-time user interfaces with graphic design and motion graphics that are both functional and beautiful. Worked hands-on with engineers to realize interface functionality. Designed and documented user interface functionality in writing and/or wireframe. Created quick visual prototypes for new input devices and interface paradigms. Customized art style guidelines as a filter for design decisions to ensure consistency. Consistently generate creative ideas, interface concepts, and visual treatments that lead to innovative products.

Viggle Inc. is a mobile- and web-based entertainment marketing and rewards platform providing incentives for content consumption. Companies and consumers access the platform across our entertainment properties — including the Viggle App, Viggle.com, Wetpaint.com, NextGuide, and Choose Digital — through which we connect with consumers from a fragmented entertainment landscape.
